Grant
On payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the product on the number of production server instances stated by your tier.
Single permits one instance. Network permits five and includes one staging instance at no cost. Unlimited permits any number of instances operated by you or by an entity you control.

Scope, not features
Tiers differ only in deployment scope. Every tier receives the identical product with identical functionality. We do not, and will not, gate features behind a higher tier.

Permitted use
You may modify configuration files, retexture assets where the product documents hidden-selection support, and integrate the product with your own tooling.
Where an Unlimited licence includes source access, you may patch that source privately for your own network.

Prohibited use
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the product or any part of it, including to Steam Workshop, whether modified or not.
You may not share licence keys outside the entity that purchased them, or use one licence to service servers operated by a third party.
You may not remove or obscure attribution, signing keys or licence validation.

Updates
Single-server licences receive all updates within the major version purchased. Network and Unlimited licences receive all updates across all major versions, permanently.

Discontinuation
If a product is discontinued, its full source and a final build are released to every existing licence holder. Nobody who paid for a product is left with a server that stops working because we lost interest in maintaining it.

Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you redistribute the product. Termination does not entitle you to a refund, and we may revoke the associated keys.
This document is written to be read rather than to be impenetrable. If any clause is unclear, ask — a term you cannot understand is a term we have written badly.
