Fourteen days
Any product may be refunded in full within fourteen days of purchase, with no explanation required, provided the licence has not been bound to more than one server.
The one-server condition exists to prevent a network deploying across a fleet and then reclaiming the cost. It is not intended to catch anyone evaluating in good faith, and we will apply judgement rather than the letter of it.

Beyond fourteen days
If a product does not do what its published specification says it does, we refund it regardless of how long you have owned it.
If a product is discontinued and you purchased it within the preceding ninety days, we refund it in full and you keep the released source.

Not refundable
Products refunded once and repurchased. Licences terminated for redistribution. Orders where the licence has been bound to more than one production server and more than fourteen days have passed.

How to request one
Open a ticket from your account, or reply to your order confirmation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within five business days.
