Prices and tax
Every price shown is the final price. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged, added at checkout or shown on an invoice.
A receipt is issued automatically for every order and remains available from your account indefinitely. It is not a VAT invoice and cannot be used to reclaim input tax.

Payment and delivery
Cryptocurrency orders are fulfilled after one network confirmation. Boosty orders are fulfilled by that platform at the point of payment.
Delivery is electronic. The licence key and download become available in your account the moment payment clears; there is no manual fulfilment step.

Compatibility
Each product states the DayZ versions and terrains it is verified against. Verified means tested on a live server at population, not merely loaded without error.
Breakage caused by a subsequent DayZ update is treated as an incident and prioritised above scheduled work. We do not guarantee a fix within a fixed period, because that would be a promise we could not always keep.

Limitation of liability
Products are supplied as described in their published specification. We are not liable for loss of player data, server downtime, lost revenue or reputational harm arising from use of a product.
Our total liability in respect of any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
This document is written to be read rather than to be impenetrable. If any clause is unclear, ask — a term you cannot understand is a term we have written badly.
